You can stop by our office located at 101 Scott Lane, Elizabethton, TN. 37643 from 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday excluding holidays and set up a new account. If your new property has a water meter please bring a photo ID and/or a rental or lease agreement if applicable. Contact our office for fee information.

How DO I Apply For Water service?
An agreement for service contract will need to be signed by the customer and there is a non refundable service fee that is required to be paid at the time the customer signs up for service.

2. Identification (State Issued ID)
3. Date service is to be connected
4. If Rental/Lease - copy of rental/lease agreement required
are you moving?
You will need to let us know when you are moving in so we can bill you correctly. If your new property has a water meter give a call and speak to one of our customer service representatives to see what steps you will need to take. If your property does not have a water meter contact us as soon as possible to have a meter set. Our office can give information on fees that may apply.
If your moving out of our District or moving to a property where you will no longer be financially responsible for payments of water charges, you will need to contact us so we can bill you correctly. When contacting our office please have this information ready:
- Your Account Number
- Your Moving Date
- A Forwarding Address For Your Final Bill
