wHEN IS MY BILL DUE?

Bills are due by the 10th of every month. NO second notice will be sent. After the 10th of each month if your bill is not paid it will accrue a 10%  penalty fee. Bills not paid by the 15th of each month are subject to disconnection and late fee of $ 45.00. The past due balance and late fee must be paid in full to have services reinstated.  

I have not received my bill?

If you have not received your bill by the 4th of each month please, contact our office. First Utility does not send out second notices. We will be glad to assist you.
